Q:How do I get started with the interactive features?
A: Click on Create an Account to register to use the features available on this website. Once you have created a User ID and Password you can access any of our secure features.
Please make a note of your user ID and Password for later sessions. If you have forgotten your password and remember your user ID you can click on the "forgot my password" button located on the login screen.
Q:What is My Messages?
A: The My Messages is your personal inbox. Once you create a user ID and password you can access your inbox to securely communicate with us. When you receive an email that your provider has responded, you will need to login to My Messages or the My Patient Page to view the response.
For security purposes NO email messages will be sent with any of your personal information. Email will only be used to notify you of responses from your provider.
Q: How do I complete pre-registration?
A: If you have already created a User ID and password you can login by clicking on Pre-registration. You will see form specific instructions when you login. Complete the form entirely - required questions are indicated by a red asterisk. You will know you have finished pre-registration when you see a confirmation message thanking you for completing pre-registration.
Q:Will I be able to update my telephone, address, names, insurance information and how will you be aware of this.
A: Yes, go into edit.
Q:How can I verify you are contracted with my insurance company?
A: Click the link that will take you to our contracted insurance company.
Q:Do I need to bring my insurance card/cards with me if I have completed the paperwork online?
A: Yes.
Q:What happens when I start my registration and I have to stop in the middle of the process? Can I save the information already entered and then go back to it?
A: You will have to complete the page you are in and save. You may get out and then come back and finish at a later time.
Q:If I do not fill out the online paperwork, can I still keep my appointment or will I have to reschedule.
A: You can get your appointment.
Q:Can I print my registration online?
A: Yes.
Q:Will I have access to my chart notes, my disability notes?
A: No.
Q:Will I be able to access by EOBs and print them at home?
A: No.
Q:Will I be able to pay my bill online?
A: Yes, using credit card.
Q:How can I be assured that no one else will be able to access my personal information?

Q:How do I request appointments online?
A: If you have already created a User ID and password you can login and request an appointment by clicking on Appointment Request. Select your doctor and location and complete the required fields.
We will make every attempt to reply to your routine appointment request in a timely manner. Once we have processed your request you will either receive an e-mail asking you to log onto the website to securely receive our response.
This feature is for NON-EMERGENCY, routine requests only. If you have an emergency call the office or 911 immediately.
Q:Can I reschedule my appointment online?
